Working lunch menus

Working lunches can consist of and be put together in many ways, these are a few ideas:-

Smorgasbord

• This is a sharing board with a selection of meats, fish and cheeses along with fruit, bread, relishes and maybe a few salads.

• Grazing plate is a plate of food which can be themed with seperate dishes giving a meal for one.

• i.e A greek one could consist of

• Tzatziki and pitta breads

• Greek salad and feta

• Souvlaki style pork and tabbouleh salad

• Yoghurt with honey and nuts.

• Working lunch buffet consists of filled breads and bagels and a selection of extra items such as Marinaded chicken skewers, Boccacini and olive picks and fresh fruit
