Dinner menus

This is an example of dishes that can be used for events, client entertainment or dinner parties at home:-

Starters

  • Seared scallops with hot mustard shallot sauce

  • Warmed goats cheese in a cous cous crust with fresh pea salad and sweet mint dressing

  • Smoked chicken and watercress salad with raspberries

  • Chilled tomato and avocado salad

 

Hot plated

  • Pan fried pancetta and garlic combined with tagliatelle, cream, egg, mushrooms and parmesan shavings                                                     

  • Freshly poached salmon between fresh pasta sheets, topped with a roast tomato and basil sauce and fresh mozzarella

  • Roast loin of pork rolled with basil and pepper mousseline served on dijon mashed potatoes and purple sprouting broccoli

  • Roast chicken supreme on a bed of dauphinoise potatoes with mediterranean vegetables in a roast tomato sauce

  • Fresh pea risotto with gorgonzola cheese and wilted spinach

  • Pancakes filled with spinach and cream cheese served with a roast pepper sauce and parmesan cheese

 

Cold plated

  • Classic chargrilled chicken ceaser salad and toasted ciabatta

  • Seared tuna nicoise with olives and soft eggs       

  • Duo of salmon with a tartare style sauce

  • Roast red pepper and feta cheese tart with ribbons of vegetables and a fresh herb dressing
